The front of the patio home. Inside I was inspired to use earthy materials and implement a warm traditional interior with a craftsman flavor.
The great room with large stone fireplace, beautiful view windows of the water, and open floorplan.
Cherry cabinetry, granite counters, high end appliances, warm colors, large craftsman style light fixtures, & great river views are among ammenities in the kitchen.
The entry way. Stained 8' doors go throughout the main level as well as hickory handscrpaped wood flooring.
The home office.
The laundry/mudroom.The masterbedroom with large, unobstructed views of the water.
The guest bath.The master bath.
The stair case--thanks mom for the beautiful photography I was able to frame and display up the wall.
The guest bedroom.
The media room with it's own private balcony overlooking the water.
The view from the balcony is amazing.
The Carriage Home is a 2100 sq ft. home with an alley loading garage. Wanting to have it be a contrast from the patio home, I wanted it to be crisp, fresh and transitional in style.

Wow, Katie. i LOVE each of these rooms! You have an amazing talent to pull things together. Wish I would have seen them in person while you were in town.
It's crazy to see those Mediterranean colors from the 60's come back in style. Very warm and updated. Fun to see how colorful the Rothenburg doors look on that avocado wall. My favorite is the Carriage Home, especially the master and great rooms -- so serene. I love the board ceiling too. The nursery and boys room are dynamite. Great job!
